If the goods are faulty

All our goods come with consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law.

You may be entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You also may be entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

If you think that there is a fault with an item you have received, please let us know straight away by contacting our Customer service Team or TopBuy online message system (Click Here for links). Please include as many details as possible about the item number and the problem with the goods. Please note size issues are not considered faulty please see our Free exchange section for help with these.

If you change your mind<

In addition to your rights for faulty goods, we offer CHANGE-MIND RETURNS for any item within 28 days.

We may issue you our store credit as the monetary value of the goods returned to us, at the price you purchased them. Then you can use the store credit to make new purchase.

If you change your mind about the goods (including the size or colour), the goods returned must be in their original condition, which includes any packaging. For example, shoes are to be returned along with the original shoe box. All change mind returns are subject to inspection on arrival in our warehouse.

For hygiene reasons we cannot offer change mind return for:

• pierced jewellery
• underwear
• swimwear
• cosmetic products if they have been used or the seal is broken

unless the item is faulty under the consumer guarantee.

Please note that you are responsible for the costs of returning goods to us if you claim change mind returns.

Notes on Returns

• This policy applies to the return of all goods, regardless of whether they are faulty or change mind returns.
• You are responsible for the costs of returning goods to us. Any goods returned are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you package the items to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error.
• Return Reference Number must be obtained from us before item can be sent back to us.
